Rosemary Tovar

Raised in Charleston, South Carolina, Rosemary has spent over 16 years as a military spouse, developing adaptability, organization, and resilience. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoys helping clients navigate planning conversations with patience and care.

Rosemary’s professional background includes client services, event planning, design consulting, marketing, and community engagement. She earned her Associate Degree in Business Administration from American InterContinental University and later studied Architecture and Interior Design at Mesa Community College in San Diego, California.

At Promise Law, Rosemary supports clients by coordinating appointments, answering questions, and providing ongoing planning and maintenance support. She works to ensure clients feel informed, comfortable, and supported. She appreciates being part of a team that prioritizes education, empathy, and empowering families with clarity and peace of mind—both during initial planning and through long-term estate planning maintenance.

Outside of work, Rosemary enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, pursuing creative and design projects, and staying involved in community outreach and volunteer initiatives.
